The average income of a daily wage worker from a small village in India is Rs 200 per day. In this small amount, they have to manage daily grocery, vegetables, clothes, kids education, health, etc. This meager sum of income is insufficient to fulfill even their basic needs like food, health, and clothing.  Hence, extra comfort amenities like warm wear remain an unachievable luxury.

Most of the health-related problem of these people are preventable like common cold and fever. Yet they tend to fall ill due to lack of ability to purchase necessary winter wear.

This winter, on 8th November 2018, JKC distributed sweaters to the kids of Banara village, so that the children have a safe and warm winter.  In the past, the distribution of school bags, winter wear, utensils etc has helped the villagers raise their living standards.

JKYog India is committed to provide support and to uplift the society from its social and economic inadequacies.
